Yeah. It’s not much, but i can see out big windows! Which is quite nice…

So one of the tenets of Web 2.0 and social Media ism is wholesale bandwagon jumping. In accordance with that. I give you Flock: the social web browser.

Features I like so far:

• Media Streams header: lets you view flickr streams, youtube etc, from the page you’re viewing in a slideshow on the header!
• Accounts and services Sidebar: Shows the pages and profiles you are logged into.
• Shows your friends from each service you’re logged into. I’m looking @ Facebook and Flickr…
• THIS BLOG POST was made through Flock.
• Will report back with more.

Had a nice visit with the folks this last weekend. Did some backcountry skiing, some eating, some house shopping and spent our first day of the year making hardpack turns and chasing rocks @ Mt. Rose. My dad said he got passed by a tumbling rock on the Slide Side. Go figure.

Did anyone else notice that Mryna’s StumbleUpon Profile has “her” listed as “male?” (actually I just saw a male pronoun in “her” invite to StumbleUpon. Database scripting mishap? Not likely.)

That coupled with a recent email from the entity in question and the fact that I have NEVER seen the two of them together has me thinking that Myrna and The Reno Rambler are in fact the SAME PERSON!!!!

Consider the investigation BEGUN!!!! (oh I’ll find out.)

Did some climbing this weekend with the Fam down in Clark Canyon and Alabama Hills, CA. It was nice to get out on the rock. Though stressful since I don’t get out much. Still the light was great for photos… Lots of nice snow on the Sherwins and Mammoth, Wheeler Crest, The Pallisades and Whitney area.The cottonwoods are changing and the evening light was perfect with the clouds. I didn’t get any pictures of that.

These are my sisters. Fun hanging out with them. They both moved up here to be cool like me. They both got ipod nanos to be cool like me. They both got Suby Foresters to be cool like me. I’m so cool. That’s pretty much all you need to know.
